Setup
You will need to follow some steps in setting up the Oovvuu plugin within the Wordpress environment
Compass Domain
Oovvuu will setup the customers WordPress domain before they install the plugin. This is so that the Authorisation will work, and so an Oovvuu staff member will need to create the domain within Compass.
Field | Value |
---|---|
domain | [The website of the customers wordpress plugin] |
oAuth Callback | /wp-admin/admin-post.php?action=oovvuu_auth0_redirect_callback |
You are able to gather these details from the Auth0 settings pager in the Wordpress plugin if you are unsure.
Setup the Auth0 settings
You will need to click on the Oovvuu in the bottom left of the screen, this will be located in the collapsable menu.
Once in here you will be able to enter the Auth0 details, at the time of writing these will need to be provided by the Oovvuu Staff. These details will need to be read from the Customers Application within the Auth0 web interface.
Once you have the Oovvuu plugin settings page open you can enter the following details:
Name | value | Description |
---|---|---|
Domain | oovvuu-production.au.auth0.com | The Authentication Domain for the Oovvuu platform |
Client ID | The client ID, this will be provided by Oovvuu and is unique for your organisation | |
Client Secret | This is the login secret, just like a password this should be kept safe. This will be provided by Oovvuu |
Authorise
Once the Auth0 Settings are configured you will need to click on your profile in the top right hand corner,
and from there you can scroll down to the bottom and authorise yourself.
