Within the Compass application you are able to create a Collection. This is a video component that will update every five minutes based upon the search criteria that you select.
Viewing Created Collections
You are able to view your previously created collections within Compass by using the "Collections" on the left hand navigation menu.
Once you click on here you are able to see all the previously created collections, they will be named and you are able to see the search criteria that was used to created the collection.
Creating and Editing Collections
You are able to create a Collection by clicking on the "+ Created a Saved Search" on the top right of the Collections screen, this will open the create/edit screen.
When editing a Collection you are able to use the three dots to the right of the collection name, and select "Edit" from the menu.
Setting the Search Critieria
1. Enter the name of the search, this is personal preference and so that you can find it quickly
2. Enter the key words that you wish to search on
3. you are able to enter the genres and providers that you wish to search on to
4. Click on Save when you are done to complete the creating/Editing
Creating the Embed Code
Once the search criteria are set, you must click on Save so that you can then see the results of the criteria. You are then able to use the three dots to the right of the title, this is on both the Collections screen and the create/edit screen.
From the three dots you will be able to select the type of display that you want, when clicking the display you want then the embed code will be generated and copied to your clipboard. You are now able to paste this into your cms either in a template for page or directly in the article.
