Brand Safety Policy
Oovvuu only works with trusted video content partners, publishers and broadcasters who are all vetted and approved before they can use Oovvuu video services ensuring production quality video content in brand suitable environments, we do not accept user generated content and our video will only run on domains/urls that are approved by the Oovvuu team internally, domains not approved by Oovvuu are blocked from showing Oovvuu video content and advertising.
Oovvuu supports the IAB ads.txt initiative and we make it a requirement that our ads.txt file is uploaded to all publishers using our video services ensuring we are authorised sellers of Oovvuu video inventory across our publisher customers sites and apps. We also closely monitor invalid traffic (IVT) via MRC accredited ad verification vendor MOAT across our publisher customers.
For content that may be considered sensitive by certain advertisers, Oovvuu has the ability to use brand safety segments or brand safety targeting options to target away ad campaigns away from certain content. Please speak to your Oovvuu representative before planning your campaign to learn about what brand safety targeting is available and associated pricing.
- Blocking Tags are not accepted on Sponsorship buys as Sponsorships are sold on the basis that the Advertiser has 100% share of voice across the content/environment of the sponsored site or section.
- If there is a concern for Brand Safety across some of the content across a site or section, the Advertiser should instead book CPM activity where targeting options are available.
